This position is responsible for processing AP-related transactions including creative and print invoices and expense reimbursements and entering payments in the banking portal while assisting with miscellaneous other accounting assignments as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Process weekly bills for payment
- Enter and reconcile credit card transactions
- Update P&Ls with expenses
- Respond to payment inquiries from vendors
- Process annual 1099s
- Filing work associated with above transactions
- Other projects as needed
EXPERIENCE:
- At least three years working in Accounts Payable
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred but not required
- Experience with expense reimbursement tools preferred but not required
SKILLS:
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication/customer services skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
