The IDW store accepts returns on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved before a return can be made.
Please Note: Digital purchases are final and cannot be returned.
The following is a list of criteria to ensure your return can be accepted:
- The item must be a physical item
- Return and damage claims must be made within 7 days after receipt of your order.
- All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
- To get your return pre-approved, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. IDW will replace the damaged or defective product at no charge or shipping cost to the customer.
