Due to high order volume, carriers may experience shipping delays. Once your order has shipped, please monitor the tracking information provided by the carrier for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Shipping Availability

IDW currently ships to the following destinations:

United States
APO/FPO military addresses
Hawaii
Canada

At this time, we are unable to ship to any other international destinations or U.S. territories outside those listed above.

Order Processing

All orders are shipped from Crawfordsville, IN, United States.

We process orders within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if we process the order by 12:00pm EDT. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation at store@idwpublishing.com.

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) based on the commercial value of the items included, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. IDW is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
