Please Note: Because we are still working to fully have the store ready for you, if you place a physical order between now and June 1st, your physical orders will be held back. For all orders placed before May 25th, your orders will continue processing normally.
Digital Comics
You can still purchase digital comics with us on our web store and both of our Android and IOS mobile apps! We have made a few adjustments in the interim while we finish up work on the web store. For more information please read the instructions below:

Purchase Digital Comics on our Web Store
1. If you plan on purchasing digital comics on our web store, please verify you have an account on our web store and our mobile app by logging into both accounts.
2. While logged in, purchase a digital comic on our web store.
3. Once you have purchased your digital comics on our web store, your purchase will show up in your account. This process can take up to a couple of hours during IDW business hours. If you don't see comics in your account after the given time, don't hesitate to reach out to us at store@idwpublishing.com and we can help you out!
Purchase digital comics on our mobile app
Nothing new has changed. You can continue to use your mobile app the way you have been.

Purchase digital comics on our Web store
1. If you plan on purchasing digital comics on our web store, you must create two accounts. One account on our web store and one on the mobile app. To help speed up the mobile app syncing process, please ensure you're using the same email address for both accounts.
2. Once you have purchased your digital comics on our web store, your purchase will show up in your account. This process can take up to a couple of hours during IDW business hours. If you don't see comics in your account after the given time, don't hesitate to reach out to us at store@idwpublishing.com and we can help you out!

1. If you plan on purchasing through our mobile app only, create an account only on the mobile app. No need to create an account on our web store yet. Feel free to purchase any digital product on our mobile app! We offer Apple pay or Google pay depending on which you use.
